Consent to the processing of personal data


Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "General Regulation" or the "GDPR"), the Applicant consents to the processing and archiving of his personal data. data of the company Spolehlivá realitka s.r.o, (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator") to this extent (if all the following data are communicated by the Applicant): name and surname, date of birth, birth number (if required by any special regulations) or other stay, telephone number, email address, data related to property ownership, data provided on social networks and advertising websites (Bazoš.cz, Sreality.cz, Facebook incl. Messenger, Instagram Direct) for the purpose of contacting the applicant (by phone and email) due to the provision of information on real estate (or other information required by the applicant) and any subsequent negotiations on the conclusion of a brokerage or reservation contract or negotiations aimed at buying or selling and real estate. If the applicant has submitted a recruitment form for the position of real estate broker, then Client gives consent to the processing of own personal data in order to evaluate whether the applicant is suitable for this position and for negotiations with the applicant. Our company does not process the personal CV of the applicant, ie the personal data stated in it. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Principles of Personal Data Processing available in the footer on our website www.spolehliva-realitka.cz , with which the applicant was acquainted before granting this Consent and sending the form, which is also confirmed by checking the box. Personal data communicated by the Applicant via the website will be used on the basis of this freely granted Consent for a period of one year. In case of use of personal data from another legal title, the data will be used for a period imposed by the GDPR or special regulations. The applicant grants  own consent for the following purposes:
 
  1. The Applicant agrees to the transfer of his personal data to the cooperating mortgage adviser Julie Habancová in order to contact the applicant (by phone or email) to arrange a meeting, the purpose of which will be real estate financing and assistance with mortgage or similar loan, if the Applicant has expressed interest in any from the offered real estate.
  2. The applicant agrees to the publication of his review on the website www.spolehliva-realitka.cz , which the applicant has the opportunity to send by email or registered mail, if the applicant is our client and was a direct participant in real estate, such as the sale or lease of real estate. The administrator reserves the right not to publish the review if it damages the administrator's reputation or is not based on the truth.

Instruction of the Data Subject
 

The Administrator hereby informs, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the GDPR, that:
 
  • the personal data of the data subject will be processed on the basis of his / her free consent, under the above conditions,
  • the controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country, an international organization or third parties other than those mentioned above, except for the operator of a secure internet data repository
  • the data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to info@spolehliva-realitka.cz  requesting the withdrawal of his consent, the right to request access to his personal data from the controller, their correction or deletion, or restrictions on processing, and object to the transferability of this data to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if it considers that the controller is acting in breach of the Regulation.
